You are solely responsible for verifying compliance requirements with appropriate legal counsel and local authorities.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUENOTICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: fines, penalties, or legal costs resulting from compliance violations; reliance on calculations, deadlines, or legal citations provided by the service; or any errors or omissions in the compliance content.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
