What cities do you support?
We currently support Los Angeles (RSO rent stabilization), Pasadena (Measure H rent stabilization), and South Pasadena (AB 1482 tenant protections). We're adding more Southern California cities with local rent control ordinances.
What does DueNotice track?
We track rent increase caps, security deposit interest, rental registry fees, just-cause eviction requirements, notice periods, and habitability obligations. Each city has different rules — we handle the complexity for you.
Is this legal advice?
No. DueNotice is an informational tool that helps you understand and track your obligations. It is not a substitute for legal counsel. Always consult a qualified attorney for guidance specific to your situation.
How much does it cost?
DueNotice is free to use. No credit card required.
How do I add a property?
Sign up for a free account, then follow the guided setup to add your first property. Enter your city and address — we'll look up your property details from LA County records and show you all applicable compliance obligations.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security policies that ensure you can only access your own properties. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I generate rent increase notices?
Yes. Our document generator creates legally compliant rent increase notices as downloadable PDFs, pre-filled with the correct legal citations, notice periods, and city-specific language for your jurisdiction.
How do I know the compliance rules are current?
We maintain an automated auditing system that checks rates against official city sources and scans for regulatory changes. Our content is reviewed regularly to ensure accuracy.
